This is a week in relaxed togetherness. It's an invitation to practise yoga, the act of uniting—on and off the mat—and to inquire into your true nature. We will explore the internal spaciousness of the body with Lisan and relax into the state of presence and connectivity through the gentle listening process of Zen Coaching with Tine. Lisan´s gentle yoga and Tine´s Zen Coaching complement and support each other in the process of finding union in ourselves and with others. Our work is also inspired by Marchall Rosenberg's emphasis on the importance of universal human needs and his clarity around how to enhance peaceful harmony-building communication. |
